Accommodation
As well as the home of the SRCS, Wichabai is a family-run ranch and eco-lodge. You will stay in comfortable, breezy wooden cabins with beautiful views.
SRCS Research Station
The SRCS's research station is also open for volunteers, researchers and long-staying guests. We have two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and a large office and workspace available.
Activities
You will be guided by our rangers and project leaders to visit Red Siskin and other endangered bird research sites, track Giant Anteaters, set camera traps and (seasonally) visit the River Turtle nesting sites. Wichabai also offers horse riding, canoeing, cultural tours, historical landscape tours and river expeditions.
Meals
We are pleased to provide fabulous, plentiful food based on fresh local ingredients. We can cater for all diets and allergies.
Community
SRCS achieves conservation through community action. Your visit provides employment and income for our rangers and their communities. It supports local skills and family-scale agriculture and provides incentives for community research and conservation. Often our guests become our long-term supporters and champions to the wider world. We look forward to having you visit us and join the SRCS family.
