Yellow-Spotted River Turtle protection

These turtles are listed as by the IUCN as 'threatened'.  In southern Guyana the adults and their eggs are used as food.  But this year, working with local villages, our rangers will be living on the river banks, protecting every turtle nest from poaching.  
 
$60 will help pay for transport and food for the rangers monitoring the river sandbanks.
