One Camera Trap for Giant Anteater Research

These motion-sensitive camera traps are our primary method of giant anteater data collection.  Camera trapping is an effective and non-invasive method of investigating anteater behaviour, habitat use and population size and distribution.  
 
Every camera we have expands the area that we can investigate!  And understanding the anteater population is the first step to community-managed conservation.
